There is a vast difference between baptism with water and baptism with the Holy Spirit as the above verse clearly states.
Water baptism is purely a man’s work from God to indicate a certain heavenly process that he has no authority
“And in the morning, ‘There will be a storm today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Do you know how to discern the appearance of the sky, but cannot discern the signs of the times?” (Matt. 16:3)
Jesus spoke these words when the Pharisees and Sadducees tried to test Him. When there are signals indicating toward

As we look at this Scripture we right away understand that God has everything with Him. Understanding and the way for it, teaching, justice, knowledge
